The Earth has countless types of landscape that can be seen. The man, in his eagerness of classifing and organizing the natural surroundings, has identified different types of places in the Earth that in general they have factors and characters in common. These characters are, the type of relief, the type of floor, the average climate and fallen rain, and characteristics of the Flora and Fauna.

Then the biome concept was born, like a natural space where life is developed.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BIOMES

There are quite a few different types of biomes in the world. Each of them has unique characteristics. Due to the climate and features, there are different plants and animals that are able to thrive in them. Learning about the types of biomes helps us to make sense of why certain animals and plants are found in one location and not the next.
